What a damn f**king unlucky day man! My handphone got stolen in camp! That bastard sure had the guts to steal my phone. I curse this bloody idiot that he loses his phone as well and since I can't have my phone, I also curse that my phone drops and spoils. And now, I have to burn a big hole in my pocket just to buy a new phone. Oh what a day!

Project Superstar

Surprised huh? Well, I do not know who might be still viewing this blog even though I have not updated it for ages... The recent project superstar provoked me to finally touch my blog again, its regarding the f**king results!!!

How could Weilian possibly win the overall competition? Ok... I swallowed the fact that he won the men's champion but I didn't expect him to win the overall champion! Come on man, in what way does he have a superstar image? Up, down, left, right, center? NONE!

Kelly did far far better in terms of every aspect. She's capable of different type of songs, she interacts with the audience, she dances, she's got the looks of a superstar! I can't believe those who voted for Weilian, hey look, this is looking for a superstar, not a charity programme man...

All he is able to sing are touching songs and everytime he performs, he just touches the heart of uncle and aunties. And he cries on tv!!! Trying to get sympathy huh?! If you are a man, don't cry, unless you are purposefully trying to get attention.

WTF! Anyway, Kelly is definitely a far better superstar! All the best to her!

WTF~! Its such a hot and humid day! Ever since morning, the humidity in the air was extreme. Even now in the night as I am typing this once in a blue moon entry, I am feeling very frustrated and irritated. For once, I wish my room has an air conditioner installed. Even when I took a shower, I switched off the heater, which I normally won't as I like the hot water. Grrr!!!!!!!

Haiz... This month i'm really broke, had to pay $200 for April's Engineer Dining-In, went for a trip to Bangkok and spent quite a lot(but this money spent was worth while, considering it spent with my girlfriend), lost money during CNY playing mahjong... And much much more, I can't recall where all my money flew to this month... Sianz...

I've been controlling my expenditure very tightly this month and the feeling is sooooooooooo uncomfortable, cannot spend on this cannot spend on that and cannot eat a good meal at a restaurant at all, I've been eating food from coffee shops, long john, food court... Haiz.... When next month's salary comes in, I'm going to go to Spageddies with dear and enjoy a very very good meal... Haha!!! But still need to return $100 to mum and $70 to Chris, whom I lost to during mahjong at my platoon's chalet...

No $$$ for this 2 months...

Sigh~ What a Sunday, which I am spending it in camp doing duty... Besides the duty that I am supposed to perform, I basically eat, sleep and watch TV. Sounds like a couch potato huh? You bet! Well, its not too bad, at least I am able to rest to let my body recover from the flu that I caught. I've been coughing so badly the past 5 days that my girlfriend keeps worrying about me. I'm so sorry dear~ But anyway, I am slowly but surely improving to greet CNY as fit as fiddle and to overcome the sinful obstacles of love letters, 'ba gua', chocolates, nuts, sweets and etc... Haha~!

CNY means its time to play mahjong again~! And house visiting! Yeah~! Ah shit~~~ This year, I've only bought 2 new tops to match with my not so old jeans and not so old shoes, so boring. Maybe I should consider buying a new pair of shoes... Well, see how first la. If I have the time to buy then I will buy. Talking about buying new clothes and stuff, dear and I went shopping yesterday and we were like, "Today must buy something, if not no time liao..." In the short 2 hours we had to shop in Bugis, we tried to find something nice for dear so we walked round and round till we found this shop called Details, where dear stumbled upon a very very nice purple top and we both loved it. :) Now to look for a nice denim skirt for dear to match it. Too bad the shop called Exodus ran out of stock for a pair of nice purple slippers that could have matched the top.

This wasn't the first time we saw the slippers, we first saw it at the same shop in Plaza Singapura and they didn't have dear's size. Haiz~~~ Dear is not fated to have that pair of slippers. That's all for shopping at Bugis then we drove down to IMM to shop for new year goodies, because we had some vouchers to use before they expired. The vouchers were supposed to be with me but not until when we parked the car at IMM and wanted to alight, that I found out I had forgotten to bring out the vouchers!!! Ah!!! I felt so guilty at that point in time, worrying whether would dear be angry and ignore me for my carelessness. But dear, with her forgiving and soft heart, said never mind but I must accompany her by hook or by crook on monday because it is the last day that the vouchers would be valid.

Hah~! I bet this is the longest blog entry that I have ever posted... Hmmm, dear what about coming up with a blog for ourselves, not for you or me, but for us? We go look for nice designs and blogskins.com k?

Sob sob... My little cousin who is now in Primary 1 came to my house one day and he found my whole set of Kubrick toys fun to play with... Haven't been updating my car mods on this blog lately... Now here are a few that you guys have missed out... See the Valiant eyelids? Full Bloom front grill? Spray painted 3D lights(these were formerly stock, dull matt black plastic)? By the way, I have also added on something to my bulbs to make it look whitish blue... Very nice when seen at night...

Just came back from a meetup with 4 other young Fit Jazz Club members, all under 21 or 22 I guess... Talked a lot of cock and came up with some wacky ideas... Haha~ 1 thing I liked was when we went out of Seletar Dam, all of us had white lights and it looked damn chio man~ Nice meeting you guys... We'll meetup again....

New Year Eve's Duty

Haiz... Just took over duty for New Year's Eve, the feeling is just so sianz... Can't imagine myself spending the new year here in camp... Plus after Prime Minister's address to the wild, destructive and unimaginable Tsunami, there will be no broadcast of the celebrations on TV. This is to mourn for the 129,000 people killed by the killer waves...

This is history in the making, the earthquake which caused the killer waves, measured 9.0 on the richter scale, making it probably the most powerful earthquake in decades... I will be mourning for the victims here in camp and as I surf the web to read up more, its getting even terrifying... I shall name the Tsunami, 'Wolverine'!!!

Sad things aside, I am now surfing FJC forum and looking for bodykits... I am considering to change to Axis Styling together with my FJC buddy Henry... However, it dont seem to fit my Mugen side skirts leh... Gonna use the ERS money that I will be allocated... haha...

By this Chinese New Year, I'm gonna change my ride to make it a Beng as it can get... haha!!!

Just finished reading dear's blog and I realized how much I have not been reading her blog liaoz... 2 whole posts that dear posted, and I missed it. But anyway, dear is back to work today after taking leave for yesterday... sigh... when can I take leave??? Wenliang is overseas till tomorrow and Lip Jin is on course... left me, the only PC around in Bravo, feeling quite taxing but I will persist... Fight on Shawn~!!!

Today need to stand in for a meeting for S1, some bazaar(pasar malam) thingy that 35 SCE is organising, we are suppose to put up a booth also, dunno what but I will know later... Gotta go back to work liaoz, still got several lesson plans to do out... Cos of the GSI check... Haiz~ Kampate!

Hi blog~! I have not been writing to ya for a long long time... N also, I have not been staying in for a long long time liaoz coz my unit is going through a makeover, renovation... Finally, our renovated bunks are ready and is prepared for us to sleep in... For those of us living in the 3 storey, lucky us, all the bunks have been prepared before as they were used to house the australians when they came about 2-3 weeks ago.

S1 say me shifting my things today and asked me, "Shawn, shifting bunk ah?" Then I replied, "Yes Sir!" He then asked, "Very messy hor?" I replied, "Messy meh? Mine at 3rd floor all prepared liaoz... Haha~" S1 jokingly replied with his m*dd*e finger, laughing... I also laughed... Haha~ (Sir no offense here)

Fyi, during the process of getting people to shift their stuff out of their bunks prior to the renovation works, everyone's stuff was thrown into the bunks on the 4th level, that's why the PSOs bunks are all so messy now...

Well, that's a short storey today... Will post a picture of the bunk before and now... You guys will be extremely surprised... Btw, I decided to stay in today cos the bunks are finally ready and I am lazy to go home.. Haha~

Hi blog~! Its been some time since I have updated you, I'm trying to get back into the habit of blogging again...

Here goes... Last evening was raining heavily and I went to pick dear up from work for dinner right after my workshop in HQ SCE. We went to Sembawang shopping center and wanted to eat the famous Taste of Thailand, but as usual, their business was so damn f**kin good that the queue was very long, so dear and I decided not to eat that and just settle with Burger King lor... Then we went shopping at Giant supermarket to get some groceries for her bro and us. After that, I sent her home and met up with Ah Boy at Blk 900+ for a short teh session.

After the teh session, we went down to Seletar dam to meet up with the Singapore Nissan Club fellas, there was a R34, GTI-R, S15 and S13... wow~! Super nice, but dream on shawn... I love my Fit~!!! (Love you too dear!!!) Felt quite out of place there till Henry and another friend came(sorry bro cannot remember ur name). Btw, Henry drives a Fit and the other drives a Jazz. Bro, just to advice again, dont go spray you car white k? Very not worth the $$$. We talked cocked talk abt our cars till about 12.30am in the morning then we went home seperately. I set with Henry that we would go chg our number plates to the silver letters one... Haha~ Gonna improve the looks of my car liaoz... Poison poison...

FJC should have more meetups in Seletar, always go so far like Kallang very sianz...

Phew~! I feel so satisfied today... Settled 2 phone problems, changed my lousy home phone and bought a new line from Starhub...

Firstly, the previous phone was a Enzer phone, which costs $49.90. The one I am using now was redeemed from Panasonic using Shell reward points, this one costs about $100 in the market... I just tested out the phone, and its worth every cent...

Secondly, for the past 2-3 months, my Singtel phone bill has been approx. $130... Very shiong ah... So finally, I decided to get a Starhub line so that others can call me via this line... Also, it can be used to chat with dear dear every night, not having to worry about cost... Yeah~!

Darling's Bday Chalet

Sunday, the day we checked out from Darl's birthday chalet... It was an extremely tiring and busy day for darl, she had to go around entertaining her guests for her chalet but I could tell that she was happy that her friends were present there... I was her BBQ guy, delivery guy and photographer, supporting her in the background. What I enjoyed the most these three days was Friday and the morning of Saturday, preparing all the decorations for the event. We did the letterings, the balloons, the ribbons and many more, nothing more can be fun than doing all these with your beloved.

This day definitely goes into our record of memories, sweet ones...

Darl received lots of presents for her bday, a few perfumes, a few necklaces, a few bags and a few soft toys... She has everything, and I haven got her anything yet... :( Looks like there's nothing left that I can give her, so I kept cracking my brain and I came to a conclusion that the thing that I will give her is priceless... It has to be something $$$ can't buy... (Darl, dont bug me to tell you cos even if I have thought of it, I wont hint you one. You are too good at digging out answers from me. Haha~!)

Darl, I really appreciate you alot and I want to tell you how much you mean to me. Hugz & Kisses~!

Yeah~ I'm on off today... Well, to be exact, half day la... That's because I had to go back in the morning to help one of my fellow PCs to do Safety Officer for Bn PT. That's my first task after entering Bravo Company. He guided me as to what to do and thanks to him, I didn't feel so lost. Its kind of OC to allow us to clear our off days and to take a day's leave, I needed this break after continuous training since OCS and then CBRDCC.

So, I think I would send my Dad's car for a paint work cos he scratched the bumber liked how I did previously, the Honda Fit's bodykit is kindda low in the front, gotta watch out for it. Then probably I would also go down to Choon's Motor to do electrical grounding for my Fit too, at the same time, I can also check whether does he have the heat shield ready. Yawnz... Going to take a nap liaoz...

These are one of the 3 pictures I chose to publish out of the many we took on Sunday at Sentosa. I met dear at around 11am then we took a train down to Habourfront MRT station and switched over to the shuttle service provided. The first thing we did when we reached Sentosa was to look for the bicycle kiosk to rent a doubles. The feeling was good with dear at the back, she was enjoying herself at the back cos she didnt have to balance... haha :)

Then after an hour of riding, we boarded the monorail towards the Merlion, paid $8 each to visit the top... Haiz... What a waste of $$$, but its an experience worth keeping... If only there wasnt the surveillence camera there, I would hug dear and watch the beautiful scenery from up there... Hmmph... Haha :) From the Merlion, we could see almost the whole Sentosa and we saw Siloso beach, where we would bathe before watching the Musical Fountain and heading back home...

I'm very glad dear enjoyed the day and I hope this day would remain in our wonderful memories...

So I decided to pop down to buy the bag right after I booked out today... Cos darl also had to go down to Tampines Mall to buy her skirt for her fren's wedding dinner... 1 stone kill 2 birds sia... Double tip exhaust done up at Fong Kim

Another new mod done up this week... This time round, it was done at Fong Kim Exhaust. They took off the ugly bent tip and welded on this double tip which costs me $80... Yes guys, its illegal but I am willing to take the risk... Now the rear cosmetics for my car is all done up... Next cosmetic would be to chg to Mugen front grill and add a bonnet protector which I saw at McWell the other day... It would look so cool~ Haha~! :) But probably, the next thing I would do is to chg my number plate to those silverish letterings... That poison would cost less than $100...

I was reading http://forum.sg-fit-jazz.com juz now and there was one guy who mentioned that he chged his exhaust tip at Fong Kim for only $50... quite a cheap mod for the car... so I decided that after sending my gf to work this week, I will go down to take a look and see whether Fong Kim has double exhaust tip or not? hope they have and it cost less than $80... :) so excited about this new mod... once done, the back of my car would look so cool~ haha~! dear dont scold me k?

3D Tail lights & Mugen Decal

My new makeup on my car, 3D tail light and a Mugen decal... Both bought at McWell Ventures costing about $270... It made the car look fiercer and more 'beng'... Haha but I love the look... I was comtemplating whether to buy the Mugen replica front grill or the bonnet protector... All these mods look so nice~! So I called my dad and asked him which should I change first and then he told me to change the lights first...

So happy with the changes on my car, I cant wait to change the front grill and to add on the bonnet protector... Then the car would look so much nicer... I also bought black window films and wanted to darken the small windows at the back... So when I went back home, I tried sticking the film on with the help of my gf, I guess both of us would agree that it is very very very difficult to do, we ended up having lots of air bubbles all over the film.. Headache ah~~~

Haiz... Today got nights off, finally after about 1 month on course at 39 SCE... Cos today, we visited Army Open House at SAFTI MI and nights off was given... Hurray~ There was a fantastic show put up over there and whoever is a Singaporean should go take a look and get to know our army defenses, right dear? I managed to meet a few of my fellow officers from my batch 4/04 EOCC. Then we chatted over some snacks by the side. Nice talking to ya guys~ Then we were dismissed from there at about 4.30pm, and so I am back home now typing this blog... Haiz, nothing to do, just waiting for my gf to get off from work then I can meet her. I've got no new pictures as yet so I thought I would juz take a photo of my desktop... Nice wallpaper hor? heehee~ If only my car was as nice as the one as shown above...

Quite a happening day today... My girlfriend went to my family gathering, where my aunts and uncles were there... It was held at one of my uncle's newly opened restaurant along Telok Ayer St... His cooking has always been great and I'm sure his business will prosper... Anyway, they said my gf is very pretty :) During the lunch, it must have been very presurizing for her... Well done dear, we are improving very much. Hurray~!

Then after the meetup, we went down to suntec to catch the last day of Commex '04. I managed to grab a good deal, 256Mb thumb drive at $57! Shiok ah... Then my dear and I had dinner at Marche and then went to esplanade to take a few shots, one of them is the 2 durians you see up there...

My latest mod, open pod filter from Choon's

This is my latest modification to my Honda Fit, it costs me a whopping $320 but I am satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the product. Previous mods were, adding a SUMMIT front strut bar and painting my engine cover red. Upcoming mods: Added groundings, Spark plugs and cables plus changing the awful stock front grill to Mugen front grill.
